Children under 13 play in child mode: no shop, no purchases, no free-text chat (only quick-chat phrases and emotes), no personalized ads and no public profile details.
Teens aged 13 to 17 can buy only after you approve by email, and only within a monthly cap (US$30 unless you choose less). You can revoke the approval at any time with the link in the email.
Write to [email protected] and we answer within 7 days. We can turn purchases off, turn chat off, set a daily limit on online play, or delete the account. Practice against the CPU also works offline, where no server can limit it.
A purchase your child made without your permission can be refunded once.
