We keep as little as we can: your account, your generated name, your age bracket (never your date of birth), your settings, items and match history.
Chat lines are filtered and kept for 30 days for moderation. Reported lines are kept until the report is closed and then for 180 more days.
Access records (account, IP address, port and time) are kept for 6 months, as Brazilian law (Marco Civil da Internet, art. 15) requires, and are released only under a court order.
Replays are private until a player shares them. Ranked replays are checked automatically for unfair play; a person always reviews before any sanction.
We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and does not identify you, and with our own game statistics. Google Analytics runs only for players 18 and over who allow it; it sets cookies, and you can turn it off in Settings at any time. Never for children or teens, and no ads at launch. A guest account that never played is deleted after 60 days without a visit; other guest progress is removed after 12 months without a visit.
If a sanctioned account is deleted, scrambled fingerprints of its emails, Google accounts and devices are kept until the sanction ends, so a sanction cannot be shed by starting over.
